Waikomo Stream Villas, considered “a little gem of Poipu”, is situated on 3.9 acres of lush, tropical gardens. You will see why Kauai is named “The Garden Isle”. A smaller condominium complex, only 60 units, Waikomo is situated within walking distance of all of what is fantastic about the resort area of Poipu Beach: world class golf, amazing beaches, trails, restaurants, shopping, snorkeling and other water sports.

Villa 101 is a 1100 sq.ft., 1 bedroom, 1 level condominium with easy access: park your car right outside the front door and enjoy the convenience of ground level entry.
Our condo sleeps 4 people with a large bedroom containing a king size bed and a double pullout in the living room. **(pull out / convertible sofa bed is ideal for children or smaller sized adults). Everything you need for a memorable vacation is included in our unit. Villa 101 was upgraded in 2019 with a new kitchen, bathroom, flooring and paint.

The lanai off the living room is a beautiful setting amongst the peaceful stream and lush tropical vegetation. The grounds at Waikomo are impeccable. Enjoy your morning coffee on the lanai listening to the stream amidst the tropical oasis setting or your glass of wine at the end of a busy day doing the endless island activities.

You will appreciate the open concept living space of our unit, with a lanai off the front and as well in the rear. We have two ceiling fans in the living room and in the bedroom, for your comfort. Waikomo has such a beautiful breeze that air conditioning is not needed. Listen to the birds, the waterfall and the frogs at night.

The birds, frogs and roosters are all part of Kauai's Island charm and some people do take a couple days to get used to waking up to their sounds. This occurs all over the Island. We provide an extra fan in the bedroom for really light sleepers. If this type of noise affects your sleep, we recommend earplugs for comfort.

Walk across the street to the Kukui'ula Village that has many shops, a grocery store and restaurants.
Also shortly down the street you will find the Kiahuna Golf Club. A 30 second walk from the front door and you may enjoy the sparkling blue pool with an additional kiddie pool, change rooms and tennis courts. Or a short 8 minute stroll will bring you to the beach where there are endless activities to choose from: surf lessons, snorkeling, tanning, swimming, boating and whale watching.

Enjoy watching the migrating whales throughout December to April.

You have the entire 1100 sq ft villa to yourselves. This includes a full large bedroom, convertible sofa bed in the living room, a kitchen, a dining room, two lanais, a full bathroom (no tub) and washer dryer. Communal bbq areas and communal pool and pool lounge area.

Air conditioning is not needed in Waikomo Stream Villas. We have three ceiling fans, floor fans and amazing trade wind breezes if you open the lanai doors. If noises of the tropics interrupt your sleep, we recommend you bring ear plugs for sleeping. W18172100-01
